Dobson Senior Living is a contemporary mixed-use development in Duncan, British Columbia, integrating 39 independent senior living residences with ground-floor retail spaces.

Inspired by West Coast architectural traditions, the design combines dark vertical cladding, warm wood accents, and generous roof overhangs to establish a refined yet welcoming architectural identity. Recessed balconies, carefully articulated façades, and stepped building volumes create visual depth while providing residents with private outdoor spaces.

At street level, transparent retail storefronts establish an active pedestrian environment, connecting the residential community with the surrounding neighbourhood. The integration of commercial and residential uses creates a vibrant, walkable setting that supports both everyday convenience and community interaction.
