MARA HOUSE
Contemporary Triplex Residential Development | Richmond, BC

Three homes. Two street frontages. One cohesive architectural vision.

Situated on a corner lot in Richmond, Mara House explores a different approach to triplex living. Through carefully composed building volumes, entrances, and façade treatments, the development presents the appearance of a duplex from either street frontage, while accommodating three distinct residences.
